A registered nurse, Bella has more than 30 years of nursing experience in both public and private healthcare settings. Acute care was always her passion, and this led to Bella managing Accident and Medical Clinics in the private sector in Auckland.

Working after-hours, she studied Nutrition and Health Promotion at the Post-graduate level at AUT, and with her husband, Mike, raised 4 children. In 2004, she founded MedPro, leading its growth into a company which has become a trusted and leading workplace health services provider.

A registered nurse, Monique completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) at Auckland University of Technology, graduating in 2013. Monique has been with MedPro from the beginning, officially joining the team in 2014. Prior to this Monique also worked for Public Health in the infectious disease team. Monique is passionate about health and wellbeing and is proud to be an integral part of MedPro. Monique is also a mum to two beautiful little boys.

Phoebe joined the MedPro Nursing Team after qualifying as a Registered Nurse in 2015. Prior to completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) at Auckland University of Technology, she worked in administration roles for 6 years. Phoebe now looks after the Clinical Operations of MedPro, utilising her skills as an Occupational Health Nurse to lead the MedPro nursing team to provide quality care to all our clients.

Phoebe enjoys spending time with her son, getting out and about with her dogs, and relaxing with family and friends.

Jamie completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) at Auckland University of Technology, graduating in 2017. She joined MedPro in 2021 as part of our nursing team before moving into the role of Nurse Educator and now, Client Relationship Lead (clinical). Jamie’s experience ‘on the ground’ gives a depth of understanding of our service offerings and a broader understanding of service delivery requirements. Prior to joining the MedPro nursing, Jamie worked for Starship Children’s Hospital community-based nursing services, providing acute and long-term hospital care, in-home care, school-based services, and delivery of The Well-Child Tamariki Ora Programme.

Jamie enjoys spending her spare time surrounded by friends, family, and most importantly, her dog.

Paula completed her Bachelor of Nursing Degree at WITT in New Plymouth, graduating in 2004. Prior to joining the nursing team at MedPro Healthcare in 2022, Paula worked for the Taranaki District Health Boards Covid Immunisation team. Paula has a strong background in Cardiology, working in hospitals in Australia and Christchurch and working in Mental Health. Paula has recently completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Health, Majoring in Health Promotion.

Paula enjoys spending time with her son, family and all their animals. She spends her spare time going tramping, camping and playing indoor netball.

Jess completed a Bachelor of Nursing at the Waikato Institute of Technology, graduating in 2017. Prior to joining the MedPro team in May 2023, Jess worked in the Paediatric Medical ward at Waikato Hospital, providing acute and long-term hospital-level care to children of all ages. 

Jess enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two small children, getting outdoors and exploring our beautiful country 

Andrew completed his Bachelor of Science (Nursing) at the University of San Carlos in 2012. While in the Philippines, he worked in the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit, Drug and Rehabilitation Center, and as an area supervisor for the City Health Department during the COVID-19 vaccination programme. After gaining his New Zealand nursing registration, Andrew joined MedPro Healthcare in 2023 as a Clinical Team Lead for our lower North Island and South Island nursing teams.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and exploring their new home, gaming and watching movies.

Ben completed a Bachelor of Nursing at Otago Polytechnic, graduating in 2019. Ben first worked for Te Punaka Oraka Public Health Nursing which involved the delivery of school-based health services, vaccination programmes, and working with whanau and young people to help them meet their health needs. Ben joined MedPro Healthcare in October 2022 to pursue an interest and passion for workplace health and wellbeing.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys competing in running races, spending time with family, reading, and watching sport.

Dale completed a Bachelor of Nursing at Manukau Institute of Technology, graduating in 2001.
Prior to Joining Medpro in August 2023, Dale has worked in a variety of settings ranging from Plastics, Orthopaedics to Cancer Nurse Coordinator for counties Manukau.

Dale enjoys spending time with family and friend in her spare time.

Katrina completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Wintec before joining the MedPro Nursing Team in 2023 as a new graduate.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys baking and going on walks with her dog, Pippa.

Iris is a Bachelor of Health Sciences graduate from the University of Auckland. Prior to joining MedPro, she gained several years of professional experience working in the healthcare sector both in New Zealand and overseas in Hong Kong.

Iris is fluent in English and Cantonese and can understand Mandarin. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and playing badminton and video games..

Janine has a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Waikato. She has worked in administrative and bookkeeping roles in various industries over the years. She joined the MedPro team in May 2021, bringing together her administrative experience and interest in human biology.

Janine and her husband have 2 teenage sons. She enjoys gardening and trying out new crafts.

Zoe completed her diploma in commercial dance and has over 5 years of experience in customer service and administration. She joined MedPro in April 2022 as a business administrator.

In her spare time, Zoe teaches dance to children with disabilities and choreographs the occasional musical.

I’m Nigel, I completed my undergraduate degree at Otago University in Health Sciences and undertook my Master of Audiology at the University of Auckland in 2003. I have worked throughout the sector in roles providing clinical services for Adults and Paediatrics and business management in hearing aid wholesale and clinical network services for New Zealand and international companies. My interests include diagnostics for Adult and Paediatrics, Tinnitus treatment and hearing device fitting and management.
